How To: Protein Milkshake

INGREDIENTS: (Protein Powder) (Milk) (Ice)

SUPPLIES: (Cup) (Blender)

Step 1- Fill blender with one cup of milk.

Step 2-Put Ice in the blender(however much wanted).

Step 3-Put 2 scoops of protein powder in blender.

Step 4- Blend and enjoy.

Serves 1 person.
